Exercise of the week 01 - Relaxation and reactivation exercises

„Exercise of the week“ provides a complete 14 week collection of exercises for prevention or improvement of the muscular situation, focusing on the whole body. Muscle fatigue or tension needs relaxation and has to be reactivated by stretching and mobilization. „Exercise of the week 1“ offers differentiated instructions of the first three exercises: stretching the body and shoulders, shoulder circles, head turn.

Exercise of the week 02 - Loosening and reactivation

The two presented exercises aim at stretching the lateral neck muscles and the frontal shoulder muscles.

Exercise of the week 03 - Strengthening and stimulation of blood flow in the lower extremities

The exercise "Muscle pump 1" strengthens and supports the blood flow of the lower limbs by circling the ankles.

Exercise of the week 04 - Strengthening and stimulation of blood flow in the lower extremities

The exercise "Muscle pump 2" strengthens and supports the blood flow of the lower limbs by flexing and extending of the ankles.

Exercise of the week 05 - Strengthening and stimulation of blood flow in the lower extremities

The exercise “Knee lift” strengthens and supports the blood flow of the lower limbs by lifting your knees alternately.

Exercise of the week 06 - strengthening and stimulation of blood flow in the lower extremities

The exercise “Lunge with rotation of the upper body” strengthens and supports the blood flow of the lower limbs by alternating lunges. The additional rotation of the upper body supports the trunk mobility.

Exercise of the week 07 - Strengthening and stimulation of blood flow in the lower extremities

The exercise “Dynamic Lunge” strengthens and supports the blood flow of the lower limbs by lowering and raising your body dynamically.

Exercise of the week 08 - Strengthening and stimulation of blood flow in the lower extremities

The exercise “Dynamic Lunge for advanced trainees” strengthens and supports the blood flow of the lower limbs by lowering and raising your body dynamically. The elevated height of the back foot increases the level of difficulty.

Exercise of the week 09 - Mobilisation of the lumbar spine

The exercises “Pelvis tilt seated” and “Pelvis tilt standing” mobilise the lumbar spine by actively tilting your pelvis forwards and backwards.

Exercise of the week 10 - Mobilisation and strengthening of the spine

The exercise “Seated rotation of the torso” prevents and corrects the spine by actively rotating the upper body.

Exercise of the week 11 - Mobilisation and strengthening of the spine

The exercises “Standing rotation of the torso with immobilisation of the pelvic muscles” and “Standing rotation of the torso with immobilisation of the upper body” mobilise the vertebral joints in the thoracic and lumbar spine and strengthen the muscles and stabilizers involved.

Exercise of the week 12 - Mobilisation and strengthening of the spine

The exercise “Mobilisation of the spine and stretching of the lateral torso muscles” improves the mobility of the lateral torso muscles and in lateral bending of the spine.

Exercise of the week 13 - Mobilisation and strengthening of the spine

The exercise “Stretch in the fuselage” improves the mobility of the spine and the ventral torso muscles.

Exercise of the week 14 - Mobilisation and strengthening of the spine

The exercise “Forward bend” improves the mobility of the spine and stretches the posterior leg muscles by bending the upper body forward and keeping the legs straight.
